We are the children of Adam and that is why we are brothers and sisters. Humanity is the soul of our religions. We are human beings, and humanity is our purpose of living on this earth. Sharing and caring with love and kindness is the essence of humanity. Caring for our children is the primary foundation of humanity and our children deserve humanity first and foremost. Which brings us to the questions: Why 300 million children face some type of abuse daily? Why 100 million children sleep on the streets? Why 10 million children face sexual molestation daily let alone are victims of cruelty, war, and sexual slavery?! Have we lost our most precious value as human beings that we have become filled with ignorance and not take child abuse seriously? What is child abuse? Who is to blame for Child Abuse? Most of us will fail to answer, even those who are the champions and pioneers of humanity. Whose job is it to promote humanity?
It’s very shocking that collective governments around the world spend trillions of dollars on post child-abuse programs yet there is no universal program for the prevention of child-abuse. I just can’t blame the government alone when our religious leaders are also very busy isolating humanity from the human being as they often forget to discuss about the core foundation of humanity. Political personnel only look through the topics of the day, adults are busy struggling through many difficulties, and everything is unleashed on children who have no ability to speak up.
Child-Abuse destroys a child’s life, especially at the delicate ages under 12, creating a negative impression in their brains. As they grow up the impression develops into trauma, affecting their physical and mental strength. In early 2017, I have conducted a study in one of the most problematic societies in Newark, New Jersey, USA. Consisting of 100 individuals, among them prostitutes, people with drug addiction, drug dealers and criminals out of jail. One thing was common for everyone: they are all victim of child abuse when they were children. When children are abused, they receive irreversible damage to their psyche, consequently leading them down a detrimental path of self-destruction, ultimately causing more and more people to suffer and having adverse effects on the entirety of humanity. The root cause of all the problems in the world starts from child abuse. As they grow up, they may resort to bullying and as teenagers and adults they may resort to more criminal acts. Child abuse is the true silent killer of mankind.
Unless we have the knowledge to understand “what is considered child abuse and its causes,” we can’t prevent it. The world is at the highest point of unrest now. Soon the world will be inhabitable, unless we stand up to the value of humanity.
Please ask your religious scholars, political leaders and members of your friends and family to talk about child-abuse and child-care so we can promote the awareness of child-abuse in our society. Only knowledge and awareness can prevent child abuse.
The children deserve humanity first. Please let us share and care with love and kindness so no child can ever be abused again, and no child is ever left homeless.
